Commitment and quality

The Board of Directors and all the employees have committed themselves to adopt a Quality Management model which is based on ISO Norm
9001/2008. This commitment has the following principles as a result:

COMMUNICATION: Continuous and efficient communication with our clients. This is essential to cover
their needs and meet their expectations, as well as to get to know their satisfaction level.

HUMAN FACTOR: To support the human factor and personal satisfaction in terms of reconciliation of
family and professional life, adequate training, communication, active participation and teamwork.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: To integrate continuous improvement, prevention and quality controls
related to GESCOBRO'S services.

The principles mentioned before are assumed by all the persons involved in our organization. Our main goal is to offer a service based on
quality.

To respect and comply with the professional deontological code laid down by the European Union that has been adopted by FENCA and
ANGECO.

As the people who belong to GESCOBRO want to feel satisfied with the well-done work, since 2001 GESCOBRO has been complying with
all necessary requirements and therefore has obtained the certification for ISO Norm 9001/2000.

GESCOBRO is a member of Angeco (The Spanish Association of Entities of Collection Management) and belongs to its Board of Directors.

Fulfillment of Personal Data Protection Regulations (Organic Law 15/1999 passed on 13th December). Periodical audits on Data Protection
as stated by Law.
